Pack Your Item

Securely pack the unit in its original box, including all accessories, cables, and manuals that were originally included.

Attach Label

Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it to the outside of the package, ensuring old labels are covered.

Drop Off & Refund

Drop the package at any authorized carrier location. Once we receive and inspect the unit, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
